“Today's chaotic real estate market can be intimidating for a first time home buyer to get into. But fortunately, I was able to navigate the choppy waters and purchase a home within just 2 months of when I first started looking. I started the home buying process with little to no knowledge. But I was slowly learning a few things through Jessica’s Instagram posts about real estate. I decided to reach out for an exploratory call to learn more. On the call, Jessica patiently walked me through the process from A to Z. She then connected me with a lender so that I could know how much of a house I could afford. (Eventually, I ended up choosing the same lender to get a loan with and him and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with during the escrow and close process.)

While we were looking for my future home, Jessica always had my best interest in mind. I never felt like I was being pushed into something that I was not comfortable with.

After we found a few potential homes, the most nerve wracking stage was the offer. But Jessica was professional and helped me stay calm and feel assured that we’d be competitive by suggesting strategies that positioned us for success. Importantly, Jessica was an effective communicator. She did an excellent job of building rapport with the selling parties. I believe that was a key factor as to why our offers were in the Top 5 each time. And with me, she gave regular updates that were timely and considerate. I never felt like I was in the dark nor inundated. In times when we did encounter some rough patches that came with this extremely competitive market, as the buyer I experienced little of that friction directly. Jessica worked hard in the background to make sure that I was shielded and the process was smooth.

After our offer was accepted, escrow began and there was a lot of new jargon and documentation to go through. But Jessica always made sure I understood what was coming and what to expect. When she sensed that I didn’t understand something she would kindly educate me. No question was ever dumb or silly.
